This exhibit invites artists to submit works that celebrate the heroes and villains that populate history, literature, popular culture, folklore, mythology, psychology, and other realms of human experience and expression. Do historical figures fascinate you, or do you turn to fictional characters for your subject matter? Whether you look to history books or comic books, or your own fantastical imagination, this exhibit welcomes artists that explore the complexities and nuances of heroes and villains. All media welcome; small to large-scale installations; new media encouraged; indoor and outdoor works accepted; cash awards to be presented. Juror to be announced.
