Oil Painters of America 21st Annual
National Exhibition of Representational Oil Paintings will be
held June 22 through July 21, 2012 at Evergreen Fine Art
Gallery in Evergreen, Colorado. Approximately 30 awards will
be given with a total value estimated in excess of $75,000,
including a $25,000 Best of Show. Juror of Awards is Quang Ho.
To enter, artists must reside in the U.S., Canada or Mexico and
be a current member of OPA. National Exhibition entry fee: $30
for the first entry, $15 for the second. Maximum Size Unframed:

Submissions may include all forms of digital media (photography/prints, video, software art, online and mobile projects, etc.) and must have been executed since 2008.

Mystery Build is an art challenge focused on ingenuity and resourcefulness. Contestants must create an original work of art using only the materials provided in a Mystery Build Kit. Contestants upload photos or videos of their creation and compete for $10,000 in cash prizes. Mystery Build Kits are available at www.mysterybuild.com
The specific materials in the Kit will be unknown to you at the time of purchase, but you can expect to find some common sculpting materials like wood, metal, clay, and fiber. The Kits are 10" wide and 3.5" deep and contain around 3.5 lbs. of materials. All Mystery Build Kits are the same.
