Institute of American
Indian Arts
- The Institute of American Indian Arts
has that soul and in our daily activities at the school, creativity is
an on-going obsession. Whether we are working in a classroom, typing at
a computer or driving a van to the Museum, we are surrounded by the
creative act. It is this diversity that is reflected in the Faculty and
Staff exhibits. As you walk through the gallery you will see what makes
IAIA special, from traditional practices to contemporary arts, from
paintings, photography, jewelry, sculpture, and fiber arts to
installations. All these people in the community are coming together and
showing you, the viewer, a part of their souls. You will see from the
artwork portrayed, that we are all consumed by the obsession of the
creative act of art.
